Orders shipped within Switzerland and the European Union are dispatched from our local fulfilment centres.
No additional customs duties or import charges apply for deliveries within these regions.
Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
