These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoreVibe website and purchases from our online store. CoreVibe is operated by Wellness Vibe by Ricky Forkuo, Albulastrasse 16, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment information accurate and secure.

2. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, pack sizes and prices accurately. Minor differences in colour or presentation may occur. Product information is provided for general information and is not medical advice. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Follow the label instructions and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.

3. ORDERS

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping charges, duties or other costs are shown at checkout when applicable. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
